New lunchtime Bristol Running Club

Marc Molloy of Sole Events is launching a new lunchtime Bristol running club which will operate from James Ross Healthcare. Participants can benefit from the JRH stretching facilities and use of the changing rooms and showers.

Marc is a triathlon expert and qualified triathlon coach, specialising in personal training for runners and cyclists. His company organises events such as the Fitbiz challenge and the Harptree Havoc, and has been nominated for the prestigious Cycle Rail awards.

The cost is £3 per week or £10 per month and it all kicks off on Weds 10th Feb at 12pm

CLASSES - NEW FOR 2010

 PILATES

At James Ross Healthcare we specialise in small group classes to ensure individual attention - so that you learn the correct technique and work safely and effectively - something not always achieved in larger classes.

PILATES for BEGINNERS 
A 6 week course teaching the correct alignment, breathing and centring techniques and introducing the key Pilates exercises. A perfect course for anyone keen to learn, or re-learn, the fundamentals, this class will run at regular intervals. There will be a maximum of 6 people per class.

INTERMEDIATE PILATES
Suitable for anyone who has previous Pilates class or one to one experience in the recent past. Please contact us to discuss suitability. There will be a maximum of 6 people per class.

POWER PILATES
An energetic Pilates circuits class, utilising mat and equipment based exercises. Participants need to have a good understanding and experience of mat-work and equipment-based exercises. There will be a maximum of 4 people per class. Please contact us to discuss suitability.

YOGA

We will be offering classes taught by James Stuart Wigley. He trained in Integral Hatha style yoga in northern India, in Kundalini yoga in London, and more recently Ashtanga yoga here in Bristol.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, from very beginners, and people with health and medical concerns, to advanced practitioners and fitness enthusiasts. James' ethos is to offer a fun and all inclusive approach, whilst placing emphasis on the individual’s skills and capabilities

30 MINUTE WORKOUT 

A no nonsense, fast and effective exercise class for those short on time but serious about results. This 30 minute full body workout will change each session to keep your body challenged and you interested. It will include a mixture of calisthenics, power lifting, kettle bell training, muscular endurance training and cardiovascular training.
