New Classes

YOGA  Mondays 12-12.45pm with James Stuart Wigley

James teaches a blend of Hatha, Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga to all levels from absolute beginner to advanced practitioners and fitness enthusiasts.  His ethos is to offer a fun and all inclusive approach, whilst placing emphasis on the individual’s skills and capabilities.

Cost is £6 per class, payable in monthly blocks in advance. As with all classes, spaces are limited, so please call James Stuart Wigley on 0796 7829714 for details.

KICK-BOXERCISE   Wednesdays 5.30 pm / Thursdays 1.15-2pm 

Martial Arts and Fitness Instructor Gary Patterson has joined us to bring his own  Kick-Boxercise Fitness Classes to James Ross Healthcare. 

You can expect a cardio workout and stretch along with Kickboxing techniques practiced on the pads and punchbags. This is an exercise class so no previous experience is necessary, and is suitable for men and women.

The instructor, Gary Patterson is a 1st Dan black belt in Kickboxing, Level 1 Self Defence instructor, and British Combat Association instructor. He studies with some of the most respected UK trainers.

In line with our policy of quality rather than quantity places are limited to 10 - so contact us to secure your place now. Cost is £6 per class, payable in monthly blocks in advance.

 30 min CIRCUITS CLASS   Mon- Fri 7.00 - 7.30am

A no nonsense, fast and effective exercise class for those short on time but serious about results. This 30 minute full body workout will change with each session, to keep your body challenged and you interested. It will include a mixture of calisthenics, power lifting, kettle bell training, muscular endurance training and cardiovascular training.

Circuits classes will run at 7am every morning. Cost is £30 pcm which gives you unlimited classes.  More classes will be added dependant upon demand.
 

 PILATES

At James Ross Healthcare we specialise in small group classes to ensure individual attention - so that you learn the correct technique and work safely and effectively - something not always achieved in larger classes.  Please see the Pilates page for details and call to check spaces available and suitability.
