Now the days are getting longer and the weather (allegedly) warmer thoughts turn to getting fit and in Bristol’s case running. It has a huge population of runners with the Bristol ½ marathon attracting 15000 in 2009. 2010 looks set to be just as popular so make sure you have secured your place. Of course the ‘Big One’ takes place on 25th April – The London Marathon. We have a huge experience of treating and training all levels of runners from the social jogger to the elite athlete so give us a ring if you need some training, treatment or just some direction in how to get started. Read more about upcoming local events (even targets?)…..
