YOGA at James Ross Healthcare

We are looking to start up some yoga classes provided by Bristol yoga teacher James Stuart-Wigley.

James says about himself:

“I have been practicing yoga since 2000 on a daily basis. I trained in Integral Hatha style yoga in northern India and in Kundalini yoga in London, and more recently Ashtanga yoga here in Bristol. I teach all levels and abilities, from very beginners, and people with health and medical concerns, to advanced practitioners and fitness enthusiasts. I am experienced in one-to-one teaching for specialist requirements and attention. My ethos is to offer a fun and all inclusive approach, whilst placing emphasis on the individual’s skills and capabilities.”

We hope to offer a 1hr ‘after work’ class and a 45 min lunchtime class, and early morning classes could be available if wanted!

At present the options are: Tuesday 7pm / Wednesday 6.30pm or 7pm / Thursday 6pm or 7pm / Friday lunchtime / Saturday lunchtime / Early mornings

Classes will be in blocks, paid for in advance. Places will be limited to an absolute maximum of 10 per class and only guaranteed on receipt of payment, so if you are interested, or would like further information, please contact us.
