Pilates

Pilates is for everyone from new mums to professional athletes. It will promote total body conditioning, flexibility and strength and can also reduce the risk of injury. Focusing on the development of the deep postural muscles, Pilates works the body from the inside out.

Rediscovered by physiotherapists, Pilates can be individually modified and successfully integrated into rehab programmes. It is therefore a safe and invigorating exercise that is applicable to both the general population and those with a history of back pain and sporting injuries.

We specialise in offering a quality Pilates experience, where you will learn correct technique and gain the full benefits. To achieve this we only work with individuals or small groups.

If you've been disappointed with large informal Pilates classes in the past, give us a try!

One to One or Classes?

We offer a number of options for Pilates from one to one private sessions, equipment sessions, semi-private groups sessions, as well as classes for beginners to advanced practitioners.

" My gratitude to you all as a team for the fast and effective results I had with my Physiotherapy and Pilates treatment. James advised me to have some Pilates sessions to help support my spine. I am now well on the way to recovery."
