• Power Pilates - Intermediate / Equipment (1 hour) - 12.00pm - EvdW

  £40 per 4 week monthly block - SPACES

• Mat class - Intermediate (45 mins) - 1.00pm - EvdW

  £30 per 4 week monthly block - FULL

• Mat class - Intermediate (1 hour) - 6.00pm - EvdW

  £40 per 4 week monthly block - FULL

• NEW 6 week Beginner's Course (I hour) - 7.00pm - ARK

 Starts Tuesday 7th Sept -  £60 per 6 week course - SPACES

Wednesday:

• Mat class - Inexperienced (45 mins) -12.00pm - ARK

• Mat Class - Intermediate (1 hour) 1.00pm - ARK
