Pilates Classes
at Workout Bristol

We run a variety of classes suitable for all levels of Pilates practitioner. A description of each level and the classes available at that level are set out below.

You may attend any class at a level suitable for you but if you are new to Pilates you will need to attend a Beginner's Course or do some One-to-One sessions - please contact us to discuss suitability. If you cannot attend every week you can attend using the drop-in facility if there is space. Please ring first.

Beginners: Teaches the key basic techniques of alignment, breathing and centring and introduces flowing Pilates movement - perfect for Beginners and those returning to Pilates after a break.

6 week Beginner's Course:  TBC


Multi-level Improvers and Back Care:  a multi-level class ideal for those those wanting to move their practice forward, work on posture and alignment, or for those with back issues (including those who've had back surgery) . Assessment may be required. Please call to discuss

  • Wednesday 6pm (1 hr) - 1 SPACE
     

General Mat class:  A multi-level class suitable for most people including those with more Pilates experience. Not for Beginners.

  • Tuesday 12pm (45 minute) - SPACES
  • Thursday 12.15pm Mat class (45 mins) SPACES
  • Thursday 7.30pm Mat class (1hr) - SPACES

Prices:

Monthly block booking (4 weeks):  £24 / £32 - guarantees your place

Drop-in price: £8 / £10 per class (limited availability)

How to join:

Please ring us before attending to discuss availability.

If you have any pain/injury issues, or if you are pregnant/post-natal, or if you are a beginner you MUST call us before joining a class.


Monthly block bookings:
Book and pay for calendar month blocks in advance to guarantee your place and pay less per class! No refunds are given for missed classes. 

Drop-in classes: 
We offer limited pay as you go availability, space allowing. We still recommend you book a place  - to do this you will need to book and pay for the class at least 24 hours in advance otherwise space cannot be guaranteed and the class may be full when you arrive. If you wish to attend every week you can book and pay for calendar monthly blocks and your place will be guaranteed. Classes paid for cannot be refunded.
