Gaynor has been practicing Sports Massage at James Ross Healthcare since completing her training in 2005. She is a member of The Sports Massage Association, holding the Diploma in Sports Massage at Level 3, and is accredited at Level 3 in Hot Stone Massage by the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Gaynor has extensive experience of using massage therapy on a wide variety of clients; to relieve stress and tension, aid in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, and assist in the preparation and recovery from sporting competition such as marathons.
Gaynor will fully discuss your needs with you to target the problem areas, and if you are having treatment with one of our Physiotherapists, she will work in collaboration them in order to assist your recovery in a safe, effective and appropriate way.
