Lee Watts BSc, MCSP, HPC, CPT

Physiotherapist , Sport Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Lee combines his skills as a Physiotherapist and Sport Injury Rehabilitation Specialist for the treatment, management and prevention of musculosketal injury.  Graduating from his first degree in Sport Rehabilitation in 2006, Lee then worked closely with Physiotherapists to further his understanding of the nature and management of musculoskeletal injury, and how to provide tailored exercise rehabilitation programmes. This sparked a keen interest in Lee to further develop his clinical skills and train as a Physiotherapist.

Lee completed a two year Postgraduate Diploma in Physiotherapy, studying modules at Masters level from the University of Teesside, and gaining further clinical knowledge and experience through completing student rotations in the NHS.   Lee is also a qualified NASM Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, which further aids his skills in exercise prescription.

"I had a low back problem that was severely restricting my ability to exercise. The treatment coupled with a rehab plan that Lee devised helped enormously, allowing me to return to normal exercise levels without further problems. Lee was always just a email away when I had questions to ask.

I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro without any problems in September, and I know that Lee's help and guidance was one of the main reasons I was able to do this"
